Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU

This hotel is located near my folks' residential living complex and I liked that it was walking distance to their location. It is also a newer hotel in the area so the rates haven't reached the Westin or Hilton rates - yet (I am sure that is to come). The room was very comfortable, the bathroom amazing and the fridge a wonderful addition to the room. The rate includes a resort fee so I requested the sleep amenity thinking it might have some soothing essential oil or a sound machine but it was just an eye mask and ear plugs - which was nice to have but does it qualify as worthy of a resort fee? I'm not sure. I loved the water that was provided every day and the coffee was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly.

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. I think it's new, and everything is nicely designed. The housekeeping is great. The only thing that I do not understand is why nobody invested in sound proofing. You can easily hear neighbors from either side of your room, people in the hallway, and the street. The noise level was some of the worst I experienced. Given the price point, I think this is a major downside to this particular property.

Location and Accessibility: Situated in close proximity to ASU, the hotel offers unparalleled convenience for visitors seeking to explore the campus or attend university events. The nearby transportation options and easy access to major roads make it a breeze to travel to and from the hotel. Additionally, the surrounding area boasts a variety of dining and entertainment options, ensuring that guests will never be short of things to do. Ambiance and Decor: The hotel's interior exudes a modern and sophisticated ambiance. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the contemporary design and tasteful decor. The attention to detail in the furnishings and artwork created a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The overall aesthetic perfectly blended elegance with comfort, making for a truly pleasant stay. Accommodations: The rooms at this new hotel are spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The comfortable beds provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities met all my needs. The attention to detail was evident, with modern technology seamlessly integrated into the room's features. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodations were commendable, further enhancing the overall experience. Service and Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient room service, I felt well taken care of at all times. The staff members were knowledgeable about the area and readily provided recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

Staff were all friendly and helpful! The location on Mill/edge of campus is great with lots of walkable food options. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. There are filtered water/ice stations on every floor which is great!

A surprise was the lovely semi-heated pool on the 3rd floor with views to the south and west. Great for people and sky watching. Lots of seating with options for privacy for groups.
